    This ECO kit provides a new version of SNMPD.EXE for MultiNet
    V5.4 and V5.3 Rev A for OpenVMS.  This version of SNMPD.EXE corrects
    the following problems:

	- Correct a problem that could cause the SNMP Agent to become
	  compute bound.

    This kit also includes the following changes from previous ECO kits:

	- Modify AgentX connection deletion routines such that connections
	  information is not deleted while there are query or set operations
          in process with the subagent. This corrects some instances where the
	  SNMP Agent could ACCVIO.
