These updates also disable SSLv2 and SSLv3 support (PMDF V6.7 has always disabled them), as per recent recommendations due to security problems related to those versions. When these updates are in place, your systems will have all of the latest available OpenSSL fixes. This release also incorporates all previously-released updates to PMDFSHR and libpmdf for PMDF V6.6. Note: Updates are available for OpenVMS Alpha, OpenVMS I64, Linux, and Solaris SPARC. The VAX platform is no longer supported by OpenSSL, so PMDF for OpenVMS VAX will remain at 0.9.8. Links to the files and full installation instructions can be found on our website. http://www.pmdf.process.com/ftp/pmdf_66_patches/ http://www.pmdf.process.com/ftp/pmdf_65_patches/ Thanks for choosing PMDF! -- Hunter ------ Hunter Goatley, Process Software, http://www.process.com/ goathunter@goatley.com http://hunter.goatley.com/ --------------000804020609040607090802 Content-Type: text/html; charset=utf-8 Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit <html> <head> <meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"> </head> <body bgcolor="#FFFFFF" text="#000000"> <pre>New updates for PMDF V6.7 and PMDF V6.6 are now available that will upgrade the OpenSSL used by PMDF-TLS from 0.9.8 to the most current release, 1.0.2g.
